Dr Kalpana Loganath

Dr Kalpana graduated with a Medicine degree from University of Auckland in 2010. She completed her internship and resident years in Adelaide before embarking on general practice training. Kalpana spent 3 years in rural South Australia supporting regional communities in clinical and hospital settings before obtaining her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016. During this period, she developed skills in emergency management and medical procedures.

Upon moving to Sydney, Kalpana worked extensively in areas of need in Western Sydney, providing her the privilege of providing care to a range of vulnerable communities including First Nations Australians.

Kalpana is also qualified with a Certificate in Women’s Health, Diploma in Children’s Health and a Diploma in Palliative Medicine which has contributed to her being able to practise holistic medicine for her patients. In addition to chronic disease management, she has special interests in women’s health, paediatrics, skin cancer management, palliative medicine and also preventative medicine.

During her free time, Kalpana enjoys pilates and yoga, spending time with her family, travelling and listening to music.

Please note that from 1 November 2023, Dr Kalpana will now be bulk-billing all Pension and Health Care Card Holders, as well as all children under the age of 16. Dr Kalpana’s books are currently open to new patients.
